对拍发现的 TS bug(已修)

  • cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings、cargo fmt --all -- --check:通过

…y its own history file

- crates/fsc-merge: conflict-marker parser, git runner, CommitSequencer (tier 1 clean
cherry-pick, tier 2 keep-incoming guarded by blank canonical side, per-file merge history)
- golden tests: script/gen-merge-golden.ts runs 9 real-git scenarios through the TS
sequencer; the Rust port must reproduce results, files, history, start tiers, tree state
- TS fix found by the goldens: .fsc/merge-history.json made `git status --porcelain` dirty,
so after the first recorded conflict every later apply failed "working tree is dirty".
The dirty check now excludes .fsc/. Regression test added.
- bun test timeout 30s: CodeCommitter git tests take 7-8s on a loaded Windows box and
  failed against bun's 5s default

📝 Summary

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added automated application of commits in work-unit order, including conflict handling when the target side of a conflict is blank.
    • Added merge results and recovery guidance for commits that cannot be applied automatically.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Changes to internal .fsc files no longer cause merge attempts to be rejected as having a dirty working tree.
    • Repeated merge attempts after a conflict no longer incorrectly report a dirty-working-tree error.

This PR adds a Rust crate for applying commits to a target branch, handling selected conflicts, and recording merge history. It adds scenario-based tests and updates the TypeScript sequencer to ignore .fsc changes during dirty-tree checks.

Changes: Merge sequencing

Layer / File(s) Summary
Crate setup and conflict utilities
Cargo.toml, crates/fsc-merge/Cargo.toml, crates/fsc-merge/src/lib.rs, crates/fsc-merge/src/conflict.rs, crates/fsc-merge/src/git.rs, crates/fsc-merge/tests/conflict.rs
The new crate exposes a Git runner and conflict parsing and resolution APIs. Tests cover parsing, content checks, and keep-incoming resolution.
Commit application and merge history
crates/fsc-merge/src/sequencer.rs, packages/core/src/execution/sequencer.ts, packages/core/test/execution/sequencer.merge.test.ts
The Rust sequencer validates and applies commits, resolves eligible conflicts, orders batch inputs, and records per-file history. The TypeScript dirty-tree check excludes .fsc, with a regression test for repeated application after a conflict.
Scenario validation and generation
crates/fsc-merge/tests/golden.rs, crates/fsc-merge/tests/golden/merge.json, crates/fsc-merge/tests/scenarios.json, script/gen-merge-golden.ts, packages/core/package.json
Scenario tooling and fixtures check sequencer results, file contents, history, and repository state. The Bun test command uses a 30-second timeout.

The new merge sequencer can, in some cases, commit its internal history file into the target branch, report success when an incoming change was silently lost, or report a commit as already merged when it never reached the target branch. These cases need specific repository states, but they affect merge correctness, so fix them before merging.

Tier 2 git add -A commits .fsc/merge-history.json to the target branch.

pre_merge_check now ignores .fsc/ in the dirty-tree check. As a result, an untracked .fsc/merge-history.json can now still exist when a later tier-2 resolution runs. This sequence triggers the problem:

  1. An earlier apply hits a tier-2 block. record_history creates .fsc/merge-history.json as an untracked file.
  2. A later apply passes the dirty check because .fsc is excluded.
  3. That apply conflicts, and tier 2 resolves it.
  4. git add -A stages the runtime history file, and cherry-pick --continue commits it into the target branch.

After that, the history file is a tracked file on main. Each later record_history call changes a committed file. No golden scenario has a tier-2 failure followed by a tier-2 success, so the tests miss this case.

Stage only the conflicted files, or exclude .fsc. The TypeScript sequencer has the same defect at packages/core/src/execution/sequencer.ts Line 101. A repository .gitignore entry for .fsc would hide the problem, but the sequencer must not depend on that entry.

A conflicted file that cannot be read must block tier 2.

fs::read_to_string fails on non-UTF-8 content, such as a binary file in conflict. The loop then runs continue and does not add the file to blockers. Tier 2 then runs git add -A, which stages the HEAD-side copy that Git left in the worktree. The sequencer reports resolved_tier: Some(2), success: true, and records history success. The incoming change is lost without any error. Rust also differs from TypeScript here: TypeScript's readFileSync(..., "utf-8") does not fail on this input.

The same silent success occurs for a conflicted file with zero parsed chunks, for example a modify/delete conflict. In that case any(has_contentful_canonical) is false, so the file does not block.

Treat a read failure as a blocker. Also treat a file with no conflict markers as a blocker.

The "already merged" check tests HEAD, not target_branch.

pre_merge_check runs before git checkout target_branch on Line 115. The ancestry test therefore uses the branch that is checked out at that moment. If the repository is on the agent branch, or on any branch that contains hash, apply returns success: true with "already merged". The commit never reaches target_branch, and the caller receives a false success. The TypeScript code has the same check on Line 249 of sequencer.ts.

Test ancestry against the target branch.

The .fsc exclusion lets tier 2 commit the history file.

This change correctly stops .fsc/merge-history.json from blocking later applies. However, the unchanged gitExec(["add", "-A"], ...) on Line 101 now stages that untracked file during a later tier-2 resolution. cherry-pick --continue then commits it into the target branch. Before this change, the dirty check blocked the apply first.

Restrict the staging step to match this exclusion. The Rust port needs the same fix (see the crates/fsc-merge/src/sequencer.rs Line 143 comment).
