原来的分析步骤写死了 Docker(apt-get、把 ~/.ssh 拷进容器)。
  3. 原生路径改用 UnifiedScheduler(每任务一个 worktree,再按序合并)。

  • cargo test --workspace、cargo clippy -D warnings、cargo fmt --check:通过

First-run path in a repo with no origin and no Docker, verified with claude on a 2-task
repo (docs/reports/e2e-smoke-2026-10-25.md). Fixes, each found by a failed real run:

- CLI: native modes do not need origin; errors print one line (stack only with FSC_DEBUG);
one-line config summary instead of a JSON dump; missing config files are silent
- native analyzer (analyzeCodebaseNative): runs claude in a throwaway detached worktree,
no Docker; .fsc/ is excluded via .git/info/exclude
- native run uses UnifiedScheduler (worktree per task -> ordered merge), not the Docker-era
solver + CodeCommitter which never merged worktree results
- scheduler: drop the unused pool from execute (it created fsc/<task> and LocalExecution
then failed to create it again); clean up task worktrees and merged branches
- agent names normalized (claude-code -> claude); unknown agents error instead of falling
back to opencode; claude builder drops the nonexistent --cwd, adds --permission-mode
- an agent that exits 0 without a commit is a failure; spawn errors are reported; exit 1
when anything is not merged (the old report said 100% success for a run that did nothing)
- sequencer (TS + Rust, goldens regenerated): only tracked changes make the tree dirty
- worktree create: remove empty stale fsc/<task> branches, refuse ones holding commits

📝 Summary

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added native analysis with Claude Code for local Git repositories, alongside configurable analysis timeouts and parallel task limits.
    • Added agent selection for task execution and improved support for Claude Code and Gemini CLI names.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Untracked files no longer block task merges; tracked changes still prevent merges when the working tree is dirty.
    • Tasks that exit successfully without creating a commit are now reported as failures.
    • Improved recovery from stale worktrees and clearer command error reporting.
  • Improvements
    • CLI reports now reflect task and merge failures, with additional error details available in debug mode.

The CLI adds native analysis and worktree execution for local runs. Scheduler and worktree behavior changes, and the TypeScript and Rust sequencers ignore untracked files in dirty-tree checks. Tests cover tracked modifications and untracked files.

Changes: Native worktree execution and merge checks

Layer / File(s) Summary
Native analysis and task output
packages/core/src/config.ts, packages/core/src/prompts/analyzerPrompt.ts, packages/core/src/analyzerNative.ts, packages/core/src/index.ts
A native analyzer runs Claude in a detached worktree, validates the task JSON, and cleans up the worktree. The analyzer prompt accepts a configurable task-file path, and configuration adds an analysis timeout.
Agent selection and local execution
packages/core/src/execution/mapping.ts, packages/core/src/execution/types.ts, packages/core/src/execution/local.ts, packages/core/test/execution/mapping.test.ts
Agent names can be normalized and mapped directly to work units. Local execution reports process-start failures separately and treats a successful exit without a commit as a quality failure. Tests cover agent aliases and Claude arguments.
Native scheduler and worktree lifecycle
packages/core/src/config.ts, packages/core/src/configReader.ts, packages/core/src/execution/{worktree,scheduler,index}.ts, packages/cli/src/index.ts, docs/reports/e2e-smoke-2026-10-25.md
Non-Docker, non-distributed runs use native analysis and UnifiedScheduler. The scheduler manages task worktrees and branch cleanup, and concurrency has a configurable maximum. The smoke-test report records a two-task run and its stated limits.
Tracked-only merge checks and scenarios
packages/core/src/execution/sequencer.ts, crates/fsc-merge/src/sequencer.rs, crates/fsc-merge/tests/{golden/merge.json,scenarios.json}
Both sequencers exclude untracked files from dirty-tree checks. Scenarios retain failure for tracked modifications and add a case where an untracked file does not block applying a commit.

Limit tier-2 staging to resolved conflict files.

If an untracked file exists during a tier-2 resolution, pre_merge_check now permits the merge. CommitSequencer::apply then runs git add -A at Line 143. That command stages the untracked file into the merge commit. Stage only the resolved conflict paths. (git-scm.com)

Check checkout success before cherry-picking.

If HEAD is not on the target branch and an untracked file blocks checkout of that branch, pre_merge_check passes. CommitSequencer::apply ignores the checkout result at Line 115 and can cherry-pick onto the wrong branch. Return a failed SequencerResult when checkout fails. (git-scm.com)

Clear the local execution timeout when execute finishes.

LocalExecution.execute creates a referenced timeout for up to 900_000 ms. When the agent finishes first, Promise.race returns but the timeout remains active. Bun can therefore keep a successful native CLI alive until that timeout expires.

The smoke report does not prove that this timer caused the historical 16-minute run because its analysis phase was not measured. Clear the timer in a finally block. Do not add process.exit(0); a normal return is sufficient after the timer is cleared.

Validate task IDs before returning native analyzer output.

analyzeCodebaseNative checks only the array shape. UnifiedScheduler passes each ID unchanged to WorktreeManager.create. Unsafe IDs can make Git reject the branch or resolve the worktree path outside the intended parent. For example, ../../x escapes the parent path, and a b is not a valid Git ref. Missing IDs become undefined, while non-string values can also be coerced into unsafe branch and path values.

Duplicate IDs can remove the first task's active worktree. The second creation sees the same zero-ahead branch, then runs git worktree remove --force before deleting the branch.

Reject non-string, unsafe, and duplicate IDs in the analyzer:

Retain unmerged task worktrees before cleanup.

When Salacia blocks a task, LocalExecution.execute returns before autoCommitIfNeeded, with commitHash: null. CommitSequencer.applyAll skips that result. The scheduler then runs git worktree remove --force without saving the edits. The retained fsc/<taskId> branch still points to the base commit, so it does not preserve those uncommitted edits.

Stage only resolved conflict files after a tier-2 merge.

If an untracked run.log exists and a cherry-pick needs tier-2 resolution, this check permits the merge. Line 101 then runs git add -A, which stages run.log with the conflict resolution. The resulting task commit can contain a file the agent did not change. Stage only the resolved conflict paths before cherry-pick --continue. (git-scm.com)

Stop when checkout of the target branch fails.

If HEAD is on another branch and an untracked file would be overwritten by the target branch, this check passes but git checkout at Line 74 can fail. CommitSequencer.apply does not check that exit code. It can then cherry-pick onto the current branch and report success while leaving the target branch unchanged. Check the checkout result before cherry-picking. (git-scm.com)

Preserve dirty stale worktrees before retry cleanup.

ahead === "0" does not prove that the worktree is clean. After an interruption, git worktree remove --force can delete uncommitted agent edits before the native execution recreates the same task worktree. Check the worktree status and preserve or save dirty work before deleting the branch.

Review comment at @packages/core/src/execution/worktree.ts around lines 62 - 76:
In the stale-branch cleanup flow, `ahead === "0"` does not ensure the worktree
is clean. Before `git worktree remove --force` and `git branch -D`, check the
worktree status at `worktreePath` and refuse cleanup if it contains uncommitted
changes, preserving those edits for the user.
