feat(cache): bridge rolling upgrades to eviction-safe caching - #1050
Enable a rolling migration from cache 5/database 8 to eviction-safe CAS caching without stopping a region or flushing its cache. A temporary Cache\Bridge reuses the existing document/query code and isolates only the legacy wire coordinator.
Three passes: legacy reads with dual invalidation, dual (v2 reads with dual invalidation), then v2 only. All legacy-only processes and in-flight writes must finish before the second pass; all legacy readers and the rollback window must finish before the third. Both keyspaces use the existing Dragonfly. V2-only mode preserves the v2: namespace. Definitions, negative documents, queries and withCache invalidations are covered; completion attempts both protocols even when one fails.
The mixed-version suite runs released stable database 8.3.15/cache 5.2.0 in a separate process sharing Redis and SQL with bridge readers/writers. Covers invalidation in both directions, warm legacy reads, schema changes, negative entries, old in-flight transactions, rollback, eviction/newer writers, purge recording, breaker OPEN and partial completion failure.
Requires published stable cache 6.1.1, constrained to ^6.1.1 and locked to 6.1.1 at 8d72a5e91baaa11855cd0ebf6c8934b596f2a93a. Composer aliases and stability flags are empty. Existing 6.0.0/9.0.0 tags remain immutable.
Validation: the last complete unit suite passes 13,150 tests / 199,702 assertions; installing published cache 6.1.1 passes all 15 compatibility/eviction tests /169 assertions, including real successive SQL writes with Cloud’s 1,000ms fill grace. Both Redis transports reproduce failed registrations on 6.1.0 and pass after its corrective 6.1.1 release. Query slot zero is canonicalized so conditional fills and ordinary reads use the same field in every phase. PHPStan (main/bin), Pint and strict Composer validation pass. Final CI runs on the stable dependency lock; earlier failures installed cache 6.0.0 and are superseded. The final CI head is 810627f84, using only stable dependencies.
Follow-up to merged #1049. Cloud integration/rollout: appwrite-labs/cloud#7131. Operational phase barriers and rollback are documented in docs/cache-invalidation-state.md. No production changes are made by this PR.

Walkthrough
This change adds a cache bridge for legacy, dual, and v2 migration modes. It connects bridge-aware mutation and invalidation paths, adds a legacy compatibility runtime, and tests cache behavior across migration modes.
Adds mode-based cache routing and key prefixing, dual-keyspace purge and rotation, and legacy and v2 mutation barriers. The cache dependency constraint changes to ^6.1.
Database mutation and invalidation integration src/Database/Cache/Mutation.php, src/Database/Cache/Query.php, src/Database/Trait/Documents.php
Mutation delegates to the bridge when applicable. Query and document cache paths pass TTLs, create timestamped tokens, and rotate or purge cache epochs.
Legacy runtime and migration tests compat/*, Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml, .gitignore, tests/unit/Cache/*
Adds a separately installed compatibility runtime and mounts it for tests. Integration tests cover cache migration modes, invalidation, transaction behavior, rollback, and coordination failures.
utopia-php/database#1047: Changes cache invalidation failure handling to Unavailable, which this bridge uses and tests.
utopia-php/database#1049: Introduces CAS-based epochs that this change extends with legacy coordination and rolling migration.

During legacy-mode migration, cache metadata eviction combined with interrupted writes can leave readers serving stale results. Another completion path can briefly expose stale values during concurrent writes. Resolve these coordination gaps before merging.

Local verification: full unit suite passes 13,149 tests / 199,679 assertions; the final nine mixed-version regressions pass 115 assertions after the restoration cleanup. PHPStan (main and bin), Pint, and the cache package Rector/Pint/PHPStan pass. The current CI dependency still resolves cache 6.0.0, which lacks the new legacy facade; release approval for stable cache 6.1.0/database 9.1.0 is pending. No dev library pins will be introduced. Production has not changed.
The stable-package verification exposed a production-setting edge case: Cloud configures a 1,000ms fill grace window, but legacy ordinary owner registration must bypass that fill-only guard. Both Redis and multiplexing tests fail on cache 6.1.0 and pass with the one-line correction; the real SQL bridge test reproduces failed successive bulk writes on 6.1.0 and passes after the correction. Cache 6.1.1 will carry the fix; 6.1.0 remains immutable. This PR will require ^6.1.1 before database 9.1.0 is published. The last complete unit suite passes 13,150 tests /199,702 assertions, and the expanded 11 bridge tests pass 152 assertions with the correction.

Check registered writers before publishing a missing legacy epoch.
document() publishes an active epoch when #epoch is missing, and it does not read #owners. If a writer commits and then crashes before finish(), a read that filled before the commit stays served until the next write to that collection. When #owners holds a live registration, document() should return a blocked epoch instead.

Publish the equal-lease epoch only when no other owner remains.
When started and finished are equal, Legacy::finish() publishes an active epoch without checking #owners. After eviction resets both lease counters to 0, another in-flight writer's pre-commit values can be cached and served after its commit, until its finish() retires the epoch. The v2 path in Mutation::change() publishes only when $owners === [].

Stop serving active:initial when a write is registered and the epoch is missing.
When #epoch is missing, Legacy::query() returns active:initial whenever the base-key generation is '0'. It never reads #owners, #started, or #finished. A result filled before a write commits can therefore be served after that commit, if the writer never reaches finish(). Track in-flight writers in this branch, and do not return a fixed epoch while any writer is registered.
