NO_BUMP documentation only. Preserve #175 OPEN/DRAFT/NOT_QUALIFIED and exact head untouched; distinguish technical tests, current independent assurance, lifecycle evidence and historical early parking publication. Retain old test/version/ref residuals and incomplete local worktree inventory. Exact documentation head 72d3b8b passed all six hosted workflows: EP validation, Trusted Delivery, Golden Qualification, Security baseline, CodeQL and TDE observe; normal Owner Authorization status is successful. Remote-blob-matched documentary DAGs passed structural and cross-product checks. No source repair, real run/review, primary runtime/CENTRAL, grant/budget, release/install or cleanup changed.
