feat\(session-flow\): rename show-options to /session-flow:recommend-skills with a frontmatter index of every skill - part 3 of 3 #11132
Part 3 of 3 of #11122, split at intake (owner Q93). The done-when below is copied from #11122 as written.
Done when
Eval cases cover: a shortlist drawn from the index; at most one question asked; no enable or install action taken; the exclude setting dropping disabled and uninstalled skills.
The skill-body change cites before/after eval results in the PR.
Proposed work class: work-class: scoped
Basis: automated intake triage; the lanes App applied this class.
Size: Small
Complexity: Medium
Uncertainty: Known
Flags: none
Blocked by: #11130, #11131
Understood: this is part 3 of 3 of #11122, split at intake. It adds eval cases for the renamed /session-flow:recommend-skills skill. The cases check that the shortlist is drawn from the index, that at most one question is asked, that no enable or install action is taken, and that the exclude setting drops disabled and uninstalled skills. The PR also needs to cite before/after eval results.
The evals test the skill that parts 1 and 2 (#11130, #11131) build, so I listed both as blockers. They are sibling parts of the same split, not duplicates.
Not admitted to the issue lane yet: blocker #11130 is not closed by a listed human or a merge; blocker #11131 is not closed by a listed human or a merge.
The work-resolve-issue run that agent-ready started failed or was cancelled before it reported, or it stopped or the token broker refused it because its workflow files differ from main's. work-unblock removed and added agent-ready back to start a fresh run on main's workflow files. If this run ends the same way, it re-fires the issue again, waiting longer each time.
