   Understood: this is part 1 of 3 of #11122. It renames the session-flow show-options skill to recommend-skills, removes the old references outside changelogs and .changes, keeps check-skill.sh passing, and adds a session-flow changelog fragment. The done-when items are concrete and can be checked in the lane. Parts 2 and 3 are sibling splits of the same parent, not duplicates.
