The Turkish translation has been completely redone from scratch.

The translation follows the tr-TR and en-US terminology guidelines and style guide. Capitalization has been adjusted according to the English source where appropriate and Turkish writing conventions.

To improve translation accuracy, both the zh-CN and en-US language files were reviewed, and the translation was also compared against the current ScriptCat Beta version.

The Turkish language files have been thoroughly reviewed, and I do not believe there are any remaining errors or incorrect translations.

If you find any issues, they may be caused by the AI or translation tool you are using. Please also compare the reported line with the corresponding line in the English source before reporting it.

If any corrections are still necessary, please feel free to make them yourself or approve the PR and update them later on the main branch.

I've spent as much time on ScriptCat as I reasonably could. This is the best I can contribute. Thank you in advance for reviewing and approving the PR.
