Extends the RetroArch Cloud Sync page with the setup pitfalls and behaviours reported while testing it end to end:

  • RetroArch 1.22+ requirement, the content-directory save settings, and editing retroarch.cfg only while RetroArch is closed
  • Saves with no emulator landing in the saves/ root, and shared core files (backup.bin, default.cfg) that never match a ROM
  • Troubleshooting entries for content-directory saves, muOS retrofree, reverted retroarch.cfg edits and Auto Load State
  • A short FAQ: the single RetroArch device, a slow first sync, and state sizes differing between devices

Drop the "pick No slot" upload advice from #172, which conflicts with
.srm saves living in the autosave slot.

Also fix the first-sync FAQ, which still described unslotted saves.
