## Note (2026-10-11): the nested-module prefix and the Amendment shape are the change's own choices

The 2026-09-29 Amendment "every name the conformance suite defines in a
host module carries one reserved prefix" says "Ruled by the operator,
2026-09-29." in its opening paragraph. The Note of 2026-10-04 records
that the sentence does not cover the paragraph "The aliases are named,
not removed."; it does not cover two further choices either. As that
Note records, the operator's ruling of 2026-09-29 set the reserved
prefix and its statement in the suite's moduledoc as the host's
contract. It did not choose:

- **Nested modules under the prefix.** The paragraph "One reserved
prefix." gives nested modules the `Conformance` spelling, so the
suite's two nested modules, `RetiringSerialization` and
`ReentrantSerialization` at `c720da0`, became
`ConformanceRetiringSerialization` and
`ConformanceReentrantSerialization`.
- **The record's shape.** The contract is recorded as a dated
Amendment of this record, with its own status line.

Both are the choices of the change that carries the Amendment
(`20fb8bb`), not of the ruling. That this Note attributes them so was
ruled by the operator, 2026-10-06.

This Note changes no decision and no line above. The two nested modules
and the moduledoc sentence that gives nested modules the `Conformance`
spelling are unchanged on `main` at `60808e0`
(`lib/statifier_persistence/testing/storage_conformance.ex`, the
moduledoc and the `using` block).
