The Github CI workflow is a bit out of date. - Update the cache action to v4. - Use the latest LTS of Node.

Hey @marcelolx, this at least makes CI run again (v2 of the cache action is dead, and dev dependencies probably will need an update one day) and probably needed if something like #86 should be accepted one day. |

Thanks @t27duck! I have it on my list to update the dev dependencies of the project in the following weeks! |
