2214 and 2215: the list

• The Knocked Trash Can (1052108, in the Hut in the Swamp 107000301) ends 2214 through its end script q2214e.
• It does so only from 5 to 8 p.m. (QuestInfo 2214), by the stations' wall clock (conti::time_of_day). It gives JM's list (4031894) and Cosmic's 20,000 EXP. At other hours the can is empty.
• On 2215 (q2215e), a player who lost the list gets another for 2,000 mesos.

2216–2219: the informants

• Mr. Pickall, Shumi, Nella and Jake each have a start script and no end NPC.
• QUEST_ACTION 4 runs the script. The new Effect::FinishQuest then starts and completes the quest at once: QuestChange::Finish → db::quest::finish, with the same checks as a start, saved as status 2.
• Each informant gives Cosmic's 7,000 EXP. The last of the four takes the list.
• game_data::quests::FINISHED_BY_START_SCRIPT lets these four quests through classify without a completion NPC. supported_quests.txt gains 2214–2219.

• No licensed script has the lines, so the nine dyle.* keys stay placeholder (listed as unsourced).

Tests

• Unit tests: net (the trash can's hours, fee and full bag; each informant, and the last taking the list), game-data (classify and the golden list), and runtime. All pass.
• Harness: the new dyle_informants test, plus maker_quests, scripted_npcs, quest_start_actions and quest_repeat.
• Client ctest: 193/193 in build-dbg (the quest catalog reads the new list).
