• Nine Spirit's Baby Dragon (2081011, in the nest 240040612) has a start script (q3714s) and no end. Through QUEST_ACTION 4 it takes a Nine Spirit's Egg (4001094) and gives a Dragon Stone (2041200) and Cosmic's 42,000 EXP.
• It completes the quest at once (Effect::FinishQuest, from Row 231: JM's informants in Kerning City (2214-2219) #1044).
• The quest repeats (interval 0), once per egg. While a Dragon Stone is held, the dragon only speaks, as in Cosmic.
• FINISHED_BY_START_SCRIPT gains 3714. The lines are placeholders (nine_spirit.baby.*, unsourced).

3706

• Its Act/1/map and Act/1/message kept it unsupported, and the nest's portal needs it completed.
• The 2025 client never reads either key (report b200: no Act site pushes StringPool 0x3b6 or 0x1103), and Cosmic ignores both. So they join INERT_ACTIONS. 3706 is now supported; its buffItemID, EXP and Dragon Stone go through the generic path.

Tests

• Unit tests: net (the egg's trade, the refusal while a stone is held) and game-data (golden list +3706, +3714).
• Harness: new nine_spirit_egg (hatch, refusal while held, repeat after the stone is gone, relogin), plus dyle_informants and quest_start_actions.
• Client ctest: 193/193.
