D13 full-path historical source audit — KEEP OPEN: intentional report/GOOSE disclosure behavior changedOriginal #599 head

D15 historical source audit — KEEP OPEN pending canonical RCB UX acceptanceHistorical HEAD
Decision: KEEP OPEN for explicit RCB GUI owner acceptance, rather than claim old/default semantics and current UX are equivalent just because ancestry is linear. Newer default may be correct for user preference, but closing this historical carrier requires confirming the accepted replacement, not restoring obsolete expand defaults. No RCB Read/Write or subscriptions changed; no blind cherry-pick, branch removal, or RC/stable mutation. Related #594 operational RCB provenance is a separate safety gate. D15 command Refresh source work is independently stacked draft #756, unrelated to this view-only history. |

D27 PR consolidation — closed as already included in integrated RC, not recorded as a direct PR merge. Exact ancestry proof: PR HEAD Closing this historical integration lane reduces duplicate open PRs without merging its old base into current RC. Physical IEC 61850 R7/R10 testing, open field issues, trial engine qualification, protected main and stable release retain their independent acceptance gates. |
Operator feedback from BCUGE field GUI
RCB "Control Block attributes" and "Information received in last Report" were static headings; unlike the reference engineering UI, operators could not collapse the large groups.
Small reuse-only WPF fix
Base: PR #598; no engine pin,
mainor release change. Windows CI exact-SHA required. Separate ARIEC sidecar work in engine PR #170 is under review.
