Dependabot opened two dev-only updates: #65 (vite group, vite
8.3.4 to 8.3.5 in demo, which also moves rolldown 1.2.13 to 1.2.15)
and #66 (dev group, @microsoft/api-extractor 7.59.4 to 7.60.0). Both
rewrite the lockfile, so they land as one branch, as #54, #59 and
#63 did.

api-extractor 7.60.0 bundles TypeScript 6.0.3 instead of 5.9.3. That
only changes the compiler it analyses with; 6.0.3 was already in the
lockfile for tools/docs, so 5.9.3 drops out and no new TypeScript
arrives. The build's TypeScript 7 is untouched, and all five API
reports come out unchanged.

The two branches merged without conflict; the lockfile's package set
equals main plus each pull request's changes exactly.
