The current build list needs six still-open audit findings recorded, while the backup-containment and editor-toast repairs now have exact production evidence.
This housekeeping PR keeps the original six OPEN rows, incorporates the exact two-file handoff from #4659 and SEC-023 closure from #4665, and closes LIVE-WEBSITE-EDITOR-TOAST-LIFECYCLE after #4670 passed exact required/full tests/CodeQL, READY preview/production and actual signed-in editor Preview/toast expiry/Escape acceptance. No authored content was saved or published for acceptance; teardown fault proof remains five disposable actual-shell cases with a pristine negative control.
Exactly 10 files: six OPEN row fragments, two verified closure rows, the handoff and its planning registry line. The nine original consolidated blobs remain byte-identical. Every source/test/probe/migration and the current-main campaign row stay unchanged. The new toast closure is one additional row-only commit. Original #4659/#4665 remain OPEN until equivalent merged-main and appropriate deploy proof; root alone will close them as superseded.
Validation: static backlog 2,545 merged entries / 2 search probes and one-list 82 pass; whitespace and exact 10-file/blob manifests pass. The rejected initial --probes=static invocation performed no checks; it was corrected to the documented --only-static flag without editing the checker. Exact current-head CI remains required. Docs-only Vercel builds may intentionally be ignored; ignored/canceled is never claimed READY, and code/artifact equivalence to a real READY ancestor is recorded separately.
Coordination: issue #4306. Auto-merge stays off; no SQL or operator script is rerun.
