ESP32-S31 is rejected by the component target allowlist, and a server built without the Broadcaster role writes m_advertiseOnDisconnect in advertiseOnDisconnect() even though that member is compiled out.

Add esp32s31 to REQUIRED_IDF_TARGETS and guard the setter with the same role check as the member declaration. With Broadcaster disabled, the setter becomes a no-op. (The constructor initializer is already guarded on current master.)

Validation (local, not part of this PR):

  • Rebased onto current master.
  • A minimal server build probe compiles and links for ESP32-S3 and ESP32-S31 (--preview) on ESP-IDF v6.1, each with Broadcaster enabled and disabled; the generated sdkconfig was checked to confirm the role override took effect.

As requested, the build probes and CI workflow were removed from this PR and will come back as part of a separate, more comprehensive test-suite PR.

This contains no L2CAP lifecycle or performance tuning. Follow-up CoC changes are submitted separately.

Summary by CodeRabbit

    • Added support for building for the ESP32-S3 target.
  • Bug Fixes

    • Disconnect advertising settings are now stored only when the broadcaster role is enabled; the setting is ignored when that role is disabled.

@mickeyl Thanks for this, can we remove the tests from this for now and we can add a more comprehensive test suite in another PR?
