A native L2CAP error can currently be reported as a successful write: write() only checks < 0, while several writeFragment() paths return positive NimBLE errors. ENOMEM/EAGAIN also retry a consumed SDU, which can replay an already transmitted prefix.

Treat every nonzero fragment result as failure, stop submitting later fragments and request disconnect. Do not retry native send failures. Preserve accepted ESTALLED handling, free caller-owned mbufs on EBADDATA/EBUSY and append failures, and calculate the final fragment without forming an iterator past the end.

Validation (local, not part of this PR):

• Rebased onto current master; NimBLEL2CAPChannel.cpp is unchanged on master since the original submission, so the diff is identical.
• Six native tests that compile the production channel source pass, including AddressSanitizer/UBSan.
• Four of them fail against the unchanged master source: native errors, partial-send replay, early-error ownership and append failure.
• Success/fragmentation and accepted ESTALLED controls pass.
• NimBLEL2CAPChannel.cpp compiles warning-free for ESP32-S3 on ESP-IDF v6.1. (The L2CAP_Server/L2CAP_Client examples themselves currently fail to build on master with IDF 6.1, independent of this change: they still use the old setCallbacks(ptr) API and trip -Werror=overloaded-virtual.)

As requested, the native tests and their CI workflow were removed from this PR and will come back as part of a separate, more comprehensive test-suite PR.

Those native replacements model mbuf ownership and send results; they do not simulate RF or controller capacity. Credit-wait lifetime, concurrency and teardown are deliberately left for a separate follow-up. No HCI-backpressure or private IDF interface is introduced.

Native ownership was also checked against the actual ESP-IDF-shipped source, beyond the replacements: ble_l2cap_send forwards to ble_l2cap_coc_send. EBADDATA and EBUSY return before attaching the SDU; after assignment, continue_tx keeps ownership on ESTALLED, frees the chain on error, and may already have transmitted a prefix. Verified revisions:
