  • what SFTP and WebDAV clients see (403/503), and why SMB, NFS and S3 refuse such a share;
  • what it asks of the system.
• Status pages: a v0.31.0 row; the pages now describe v0.31.0. params.fileshare.version is v0.31.0.
• Translated headings keep the English anchors as explicit ids.

Checked against the code merged in #97. hugo --panicOnWarning builds all four languages.
