Until now the docs never mentioned the web UIs.

• A new page, Web UIs:
  • what the portal, the console and the explorer are;
  • the configuration each server needs, and the portal's;
  • the guarantees: no token in the page, files served inert, nothing replaced without asking, one refresh at a time across the UIs.
• WebDAV page: two changes from fileshare v0.29.0. A PROPFIND of / now lists the shares (207; Depth infinity is 403, and writes are 405). A large upload can go in pieces.

Checked:

• mkdocs build --strict passes.
• The page's fileshare example, filled out to a complete file, parses with fileshare check from v0.29.0. Check stops only when it tries to reach the example identity provider, which does not exist.
