Clarify action pin lookup naming in `pkg/actionpins` by Copilot · Pull Request #26925 · github/gh-aw

The issue called out ambiguous naming in pkg/actionpins where singular/plural lookup functions did not clearly convey “latest pin” semantics, and an internal helper name conflicted conceptually with similarly named functions in pkg/workflow. This PR renames those functions to make intent and return shape explicit while preserving behavior.

API naming cleanup (pkg/actionpins)
- Renamed exported latest-pin accessor:
  - GetActionPinByRepo → GetLatestActionPinByRepo
- Renamed internal latest-reference formatter:
  - getActionPin → getLatestActionPinReference
- Updated internal fallbacks in GetCachedActionPin to use the new helper name.
Cross-package call site update (pkg/workflow)
- Updated pkg/workflow/action_pins.go wrapper to call:
  - actionpins.GetLatestActionPinByRepo(...)
Docs alignment
- Updated API tables in:
  - pkg/actionpins/README.md
  - pkg/workflow/README.md
