The /static/* pages contained LINDAT/DSpace content that is not wanted for this customer. Removes all HTML pages under src/static-files/ and src/static-files/cs/, keeping the folders via .gitkeep placeholders. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
