dapr.proto.baseurl moves from v1.19.0-rc.5 to v1.19.0. The Dapr protos are the same in v1.19.0-rc.5, v1.19.0-rc.7 and release-1.19. durabletask.proto.baseurl moves from commit 68be09ef to the v0.6.0 tag. Prepares the 1.19.0 release:
dapr.proto.baseurl:v1.19.0-rc.5tov1.19.0. The Dapr protos are the same inv1.19.0-rc.5andv1.19.0, so the generated code does not change.durabletask.proto.baseurl: commit68be09efto tagv0.6.0. The only commit between them changesbackend_service.proto, which the SDK does not download. The five files that the SDK downloads are the same in both.validate.yml:DAPR_RUNTIME_VERis1.19.0.DaprContainerConstants.DAPR_VERSIONis1.19.0, so the default images aredaprio/daprd,daprio/placement,daprio/scheduleranddaprio/sentryat1.19.0.README.md: the Maven and Gradle install snippets had a mix of 1.17.2, 1.17.5, 1.18.0 and 1.18.1. All of them now use 1.19.0, for the SDK and for both BOMs.DAPR_CLI_VERstays at1.19.0-rc.1, because CLI 1.19.0 is not released yet.The tests need the 1.19.0 runtime binaries and images, so they fail until the Dapr 1.19.0 release is published.
