* chore: use the Dapr v1.19.0 and durabletask-protobuf v0.6.0 protos dapr.proto.baseurl moves from v1.19.0-rc.5 to v1.19.0. The Dapr protos are the same in v1.19.0-rc.5, v1.19.0-rc.7 and release-1.19. durabletask.proto.baseurl moves from commit 68be09ef to the v0.6.0 tag. The five proto files that the SDK downloads are the same in both. Backport of #1863 to
release-1.19. The bot backport failed with a conflict, see #1863 (comment).The only conflict was in
pom.xml, next to the changed lines:release-1.19hasdapr.sdk.version1.19.0-rc-5, andmasterhas1.20.0-SNAPSHOT. This PR keeps1.19.0-rc-5, because the release process sets that line. The added and removed lines are the same as in #1863:pom.xml: the protos come from Daprv1.19.0and durabletask-protobufv0.6.0. All 24 proto URLs return HTTP 200.README.md: the install snippets use1.19.0.validate.ymlandDaprContainerConstants.java: CI and Testcontainers use runtime1.19.0.(cherry picked from commit 1e37ce6)
