feat(api): Add Pre-Translate Accuracy Report

This PR adds support for the new Pre-Translate Efficiency Report. More information about this Report type can be found in the API documentation.

Hi @Martin005, you can now continue working on this PR. This report type has been renamed, the pre-translate-efficiency is deprecated now, and the new name is pre-translate-accuracy
