Reports APIs: Add support for the new Pre-Translate Efficiency Report

The new Pre-Translate Efficiency Report is now available in the Crowdin Reports API. It is used to assess the effectiveness of pre-translation methods.

Things to do:

• Add support for the new report to this API client.
• Remove the obsolete report types (see the API documentation for the list of relevant types).

Is it really necessary to remove the obsolete report types? All 4 of the functions (generate_simple_cost_estimate_report, generate_fuzzy_cost_estimate_report, generate_simple_translation_cost_report and generate_fuzzy_translation_cost_report) are decorated with @deprecated("Use other methods instead") which was done in #109.

If so, I think this should be done in a separate issue + PR. Let me know what you think 🙂

By the way, I have just created a new PR that adds support for this report type.

Hi @Martin005, these report types can be removed as they have already been removed from the API and are not used.

Since the reports module is affected by this issue, I thought the deprecated methods could be removed as well, but I don't mind of a separate PR :)

Well, I have just tested these 4 methods, and all of them work at the moment. The API takes a while, but it manages to create these reports without any issues.
Maybe the change to the API hasn't been pushed to production yet? 🤔

Martin005 got it, so the methods have been removed from the docs, but are still active. Let's leave them as they are in this API client, thank you for checking this!
