CARGO_PROFILE_TEST_DEBUG = "0"for test and Clippy artifacts, reducing the dependency archive andtarget/unpack I/O. Tests and panic locations remain; dependency and SCE debug line tables are removed in this variant. Release profiles and release build parameters are unchanged.Validate test artifact size, 1,753 tests / 4 ignored, Clippy, Linux and macOS full
nix flake check, and compare native/release derivation paths. Draft pending CI.
