build.rspreviously passed generated Codex staging paths underOUT_DIRtorerun-if-changed, making the build script stale on subsequent local Cargo invocations. Passtrack_sources=falsewhen copying generated Codex stage inputs; preserve tracking for actual repository and pre-generated external inputs. Stage and embed the same bytes as before.Validate two successive Cargo
