This addresses VPAT violations for alt text. Because the user can still get the information about the train count without having the bot and count images, we should consider them decorative and give them empty alt text.

Testing: I was able to run on 8080 according to the README instructions to preview the app from this repository. From there, I ran an axe scan to confirm that we no longer have any img violations and to inspect and ensure the images now have proper alt text.

The second commit is the result of me going back to catch any other instances in the repository. I added actual text to one image, the loading gif, in case a user gets stuck on loading and they don't have any other screenreader feedback.

This is a visual guide which is unhelpful anyway for a nonsighted person. The rest of the guide images already had empty alt text.
