Addresses #390 This is similar to #602 , we remove the --info classes in TextInput that don't exist in DS. Remove isFullWidth from search example bc it's not used per DS cfpb/design-system#2693 https://cfpb.github.io/design-system/components/text-inputs

Information and in-progress form alerts no longer use a non-existent
m-notification--infomodifier.Field-level info alerts use base
a-form-alertwithouta-form-alert--info, matching DS markup.
