Rename the GUI app to Managed Bootstrap Install and fix its missing icon - #55

Conversation
Reapplies #14 on current main. The WinUI app becomes "Managed Bootstrap Install.exe" with that display name, window title, ARP name and Start Menu entry, matching Managed Software Center and Managed Reports Runner. The app's csproj now embeds the icon, so Explorer, the taskbar and Start show it, and the MSI sets ARPPRODUCTICON. Unchanged: the CLI managedbootstrapinstall.exe, the install directory, ProgramData\ManagedBootstrap, the registry keys, the UpgradeCode, the "BootstrapMate Self-Heal" task, and the MSI and .intunewin file names. The major upgrade already uninstalls the old product before installing, which removes BootstrapMate.exe and the old shortcut. As a backstop, the MSI also sweeps BootstrapMate.exe, its .dll/.pdb/.deps.json/ .runtimeconfig.json and the old "BootstrapMate" Start Menu folder on install.

Managed Bootstrap Install.Found while testing: same-day builds (not changed here)
ProductVersion is
YY.M.D.HHMM, and Windows Installer compares only the first three fields. Two builds from the same day therefore share a version.AllowSameVersionUpgrades="no"): a later same-day build installs beside the earlier one, giving two ARP entries."yes"(tried): installing an older same-day build over a newer one removedmanagedbootstrapinstall.exe. Costing kept the "newer" file, then RemoveExistingProducts deleted it.That is worse, so this PR keeps
"no". The real fix is a version scheme where the time is inside the first three fields. That changes what Intune detection compares, so it needs its own change.
