The WinUI 3 app becomes 'Managed Bootstrap Install.exe' with display name 'Managed Bootstrap Install', still installed to C:\Program Files\BootstrapMate — uniform with Managed Software Center (Cimian/Munki) and Managed Reports Runner (ReportMate). The macOS counterpart PR renames BootstrapMate.app the same way.

Also fixes the missing app icon: no ApplicationIcon was set anywhere, so Explorer/taskbar/Start Menu/ARP showed the generic .NET icon (the icon only appeared after window creation via AppWindow.SetIcon). The csproj now embeds Assets\BootstrapMate.ico, and the MSI gains an Icon + ARPPRODUCTICON so Add/Remove Programs shows it too.

Unchanged on purpose: CLI managedbootstrapinstall.exe and all its strings, registry keys (SOFTWARE\BootstrapMate, SOFTWARE\Cimian\BootstrapMate), UpgradeCode, 'BootstrapMate Self-Heal' task name, MSI/.intunewin artifact filenames (BootstrapMate-arch-version.*) the Cimian pipeline globs, makepri PRI index name, ADMX/ADML policy files, install dir.

Note: the exe rename churns the harvested MSI component GUID for that file — fine under MajorUpgrade; the old exe is removed on upgrade.

The WinUI app builds as 'Managed Bootstrap Install.exe' (still installed to
Program Files\BootstrapMate), matching Cimian's Managed Software Center
pattern, for uniformity across the managed-client tooling. The CLI stays
managedbootstrapinstall.exe. ApplicationIcon was never set, so the exe,
Start Menu shortcut and Add/Remove Programs entry all showed the generic
.NET icon; the csproj now embeds Assets\BootstrapMate.ico and the MSI sets
ARPPRODUCTICON. Registry keys, the Self-Heal task name, UpgradeCode and the
BootstrapMate-<arch>-<version> artifact names are unchanged.

Superseded by #55, which reapplies this rename on current main and adds cleanup of the old exe and Start Menu folder on upgrade.

…con (#55)

Reapplies #14 on current main. The WinUI app becomes "Managed Bootstrap
Install.exe" with that display name, window title, ARP name and Start Menu
entry, matching Managed Software Center and Managed Reports Runner. The
app's csproj now embeds the icon, so Explorer, the taskbar and Start show
it, and the MSI sets ARPPRODUCTICON.

Unchanged: the CLI managedbootstrapinstall.exe, the install directory,
ProgramData\ManagedBootstrap, the registry keys, the UpgradeCode, the
"BootstrapMate Self-Heal" task, and the MSI and .intunewin file names.

The major upgrade already uninstalls the old product before installing,
which removes BootstrapMate.exe and the old shortcut. As a backstop, the
MSI also sweeps BootstrapMate.exe, its .dll/.pdb/.deps.json/
.runtimeconfig.json and the old "BootstrapMate" Start Menu folder on
install.
