AP-034: align Auths language SDKs and current docs

Scope

Implements AP34-PR3 after #56. Renames the prepared npm package to @auths-dev/sdk, the Python distribution/import root to auths, updates clean-consumer smoke imports and compliance metadata, presents the repository and product layer as Auths, and replaces public preview-site links with auths.dev / docs.auths.dev. Proof-specific Rust/WASM and exchange component names remain unchanged.

Tests and evidence

• The formal translation source closure was regenerated and locally verified at digest deeaa08cb05e8b456b3f72dc0d01d281bb59815006db6ac4e04aa79f3abdfc08.
• A deterministic local architecture check confirmed that architecture/dependency-graph.dot matches the JSON generator output byte-for-byte.
• A deterministic local semantic-freeze check confirmed the expected Rust roots, sorted publishable closure, sorted entry identities, and every frozen owner digest.
• No full local build or behavioral test suite was run. Hosted CI remains authoritative for compilation and behavioral verification.
• Hosted binding jobs own npm packing and install smoke, TypeScript tests, wheel build and install, Python API tests, native and WASM equivalence, docs, compliance, and semantic-freeze drift.

Affected claims

• The supported JavaScript and TypeScript SDK coordinate is @auths-dev/sdk.
• The supported Python distribution and import root are both auths.
• Current product headings use Auths; auths-proof is retained for the bounded proof component.
• Canonical product links use auths.dev and docs.auths.dev.
• Public Cargo package homepages use auths.dev; the literal repository URL remains auths-dev/auths-proof.

Exclusions

This PR does not publish packages, create a tag, change registry ownership, rename or archive repositories, deploy a site, change DNS, change proof protocol identifiers, or add release promotion behavior.

Remaining gates

• Hosted CI must pass before this code PR is merged.
• AP34-PR4 release identity, publication-order, and stale-name enforcement.
• AP34-PR5 predecessor notice and migration or deferral ledger.
• AP34-PR6 auths.dev content alignment in its owning repository.
• Separate exact-manifest authorization before publication or RC tagging.
