Lead review (diff only): PLAT-50 validate takes / from the scope's origin remote (https/ssh/scp parse, unit-tested) and calls validate_document_in_bundle, falling back to the old call with no remote; Regex remedy arm for new ValidationReason::Regex; quire-rs bumped to =0.53.0 at ce172a7. Gate: fmt-check and lint green; tests green except it_144 (host: python probe lacks jsonschema module), not caused by this change. make ci (docs/deny/audit/spec) not run. Known gap: no test where a relationships row lowers under the repo package (no fixture module in quire-cli). No findings.
