• Waits for Add Velocity calculation logic and GUI toggle (end-to-end MVP). #1753 to be reviewed and merged.
• Already includes changes from the PR above, so made as a draft for now.

What's added:

• ProtobufMessages is updated with latest definition from main branch of Driver repo.
• ProtobufBridge now uses both new Message Definitions and Velocity calculated per tracker to form and send a message to the Driver.

This change allows Driver to consume velocity that's being calculated on the server.

Addresses the issue: #25
