- Add explicit { #anchor } attr_list anchors to every heading (level >= 2)
in docs/doc/{fr,de,es,pt}, aligned on the English slugs so cross-page
links written against English ids work in every language.
- Files whose heading structure diverges from English keep a local slug
matching the previous auto-generated id (no link regression).
- Rewrite internal links that targeted the old auto slugs, preserving the
file path in cross-page links (e.g. 5.1.-AI-chat-based-analysis.md#...).
- Add scripts/check_anchors.py and a check-anchors CI job running on
pull requests and pushes.

- Add { #anchor } to every English heading (level >= 2) with the anchor
equal to the current auto-generated slug, so no existing id changes;
titles can now be reworded without breaking links or translations.
- Extend scripts/check_anchors.py to English as well.
- Fix pre-existing broken links in 1.-Overview and 2.4 (all languages):
#topic-analysis-chat/#text-analysis-chat/#code-analysis-chat ->
#2-topic-exploration/#3-text-analysis/#4-code-analysis, and
#merge-qualcoder-projects -> #merge-projects.
