Harden History/QuickNote UX, export-directory prefs, and WAV archive queueing. Restore abort-safe recording-draft reconciliation so cancelled Quick Notes keep history while orphan Undecided drafts are removed.
AssistantMarkdown reused chat.css .olchat-answer which pinned the light-panel foreground, so History/QuickNote stayed black in dark mode. Inherit host color outside .olchat-shell; keep shell light styling.
Resolve the dictation_engine import conflict with Open-Less#1082 PreparedTranscription while keeping Quick Note RecordingArchive lifecycle. Make shutdown terminalize provisional recording history the same way cancel_dictation does.
