Summary

Ask for compiler or library baselines when reviewing new or expanded custom GPU kernels.

Description of the change

Scope the review instruction to sdm/_kernels/**. Reviewers should request a practical alternative comparison or a concrete explanation of incompatibility, check that workloads and numerical requirements match, and distinguish startup cost from prediction latency. Missing evidence is a justification question; performance should not be inferred from source code alone.

Validation

Parsed the YAML and validated the configuration against CodeRabbit's published JSON schema.

Full details: Title check

Explanation

The title "Ask for compiler baselines in custom GPU kernel reviews" matches the main change, which adds a path-scoped review instruction for sdm/_kernels/** that asks reviewers to request compiler or library baseline comparisons for new or expanded custom GPU kernels. The title is concise, specific, and free of noise.

Full details: Description check

Explanation

The description states the change scope (sdm/_kernels/**), the requested baseline comparison or incompatibility explanation, the workload and numerical checks, the startup versus prediction latency distinction, and the YAML validation against the published schema. It relates directly to the changeset.

Full details: Docstring Coverage

Explanation

No functions found in the changed files to evaluate docstring coverage. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff. Analyzed 0 functions across 0 files. (1 skipped: 1 unsupported.)
