Added link to user guide on info screen and tweaked content.
Added details link to show the CPs already signed up. Updated text and removed recommendation to sign up in batches if you are a large chain.
Added back option of drop-in session.
Misc changes including: - adding expander instead of details - nesting more of the content in the expander - adding info about nhs.net email requirement - stressing that you can add more lead admins later

Tweaked the following screens:
Group pharmacy info screen - added link to the user guide and recommendation to read it, plus option to email us if you have questions
Select pharmacies screen - removed recommendation for chains to sign up in batches and added details of pharmacies already on RAVS
Add lead admins screen - used expander instead of details and folded more info into it, added info about nhs.net email and when this applies, misc. content tweaks
