The Waterfall (page 4): one Command in depth, from Run to stage to tool call, showing where its time went. Session log lines carry no time, so each tool call's time comes from matching it to its line in the Command log, which stamps every line HH:MM:SS and has one line per tool call (implement: $ rg …). The page has chips for choosing a Command: live, died and ended. It's paired with show --json and logs.
Acceptance criteria
Tool calls in Claude and Codex Session logs are matched to their Command log lines, and get start times and durations.
A tool call that can't be matched is shown without a time, never dropped.
The Waterfall nests Runs, stages and tool calls to scale, for a Spec run with Tickets as well as a single Run.
It's paired in the parity test.
The matching is tested against real-shaped logs with made-up content.
