What to build

Two pages that show time.

  • Lanes (page 2): each Command is a lane of its stages over the last 3.5, 12 or 24 hours, so you see how long each step took. Older Commands are on History.
  • Stages (page 3): the stage grid. Rows are stages and columns are Runs, live ones pinned first, then finished ones newest first. Each cell gives a state and its time, as text, beside the row's Usual range. Choosing a column opens that Run in the peek.

Both are drawn from status --all --json and the Usual range, and are paired with it in the parity test. Neither page relies on colour alone, and both work at 390 px.

Acceptance criteria

  • Lanes shows each Command's stages to scale in each of the three windows.
  • Stages shows each stage's time beside its Usual range, with live Runs pinned.
  • Both are paired in the parity test, and match status --all --json for the same fixtures.
  • Both are usable at 390 px with no sideways scroll, checked with Playwright.
