Audit actual QQ16 output stock and exclusive workspace obligation

The complete QQ16 decoder still requires 224 owned output fields. This audit binds that obligation to the actual selected B1 call and its physical continuation.

All 480 actual helper owners are productive fields with retained content and a later explicit use. A concrete candidate consisting of the first 224 helper owners has no eligible banks under the stated fixed-owner, no-evacuation/no-retirement model. This is a bounded ownership obstruction, not a universal storage lower bound.

The existing invoice also charges a 480-field private tableau reserve. A precise injection puts the 224 outputs and 16 scratch fields in addresses 14344..14583 and passes the complete 3,813-event PR #4015 word's address/lifetime checks. All 482 explicit selected continuation events have zero conflicts with this reserve, including the actual next bridge. This is a positive literal-address fixture, conditional on an exclusive workspace lease inside every native child, map and wrapper. A countermodel at native event 4 retains the declared target W0/family 14456 but clobbers distinct live Z0/family 14344, demonstrating why macro absence alone cannot establish that lease.

The selected gauge44 provider is not silently relabelled QQ16. Producer binding, native exclusivity, an actual F17 consumer, tape movement/control, precision and both supplier caps remain open. If outputs are legitimately consumed or discarded before private-zero return, their erasure adds 224 CLEARs / 448 scalar primitives; the conditional module total is 27,392. No physical supplier admission or κ improvement is claimed.

Only research/qq16-output-stock/ is added. Canonical sources and selected science remain unchanged. Exact canonical pins are in SOURCES.json; pending PR4015 is retained only as authenticated WORD/RESULT data at head 0fff81d8997cef646538bcd4f60d7d455cf93b8e. No pending executable is imported, and native/phase algebra is credited as inherited rather than replayed here.

Validation: registered isolated optimized/warning-strict primary; normal and optimized read-only replay; Git-free export; typed complete-receipt, canonical-source and pending-data mutation rejection; generation overwrite refusal. Semantic controls cover duplicate ownership, borrowed/output/private aliases, distinct-output native clobber, missing initialization, continuation clobber, and one-bank retirement sensitivity. Separate automated proof/code review tightened the native control and generation exclusivity; no human or formal-kernel review is claimed.

Canonical main 20ecf2891d80b5acf18d980b2164fb44ea7faa90, priority revision 6. Assigned output-stock follow-up in the shared investigation. The final coordinated refresh found main, priorities and selected record unchanged; targeted overlap coverage remains partial. The companion provider-binding and retirement investigations are separate obligations, not runtime dependencies.
