Allowing ordinary U writes removes PR #4105's write-support obstruction, but does not supply a paid native correction. This contribution constructs the actual first F0/B1 current-output query factor and identifies its first native acquisition gap. It matches both current X/Y banks before the next signed bridge on the full actual owner algebra at constant payload. No complete physical saving, supplier admission or new κ is claimed.

The new logical word acquires five eight-field records from current outputs, using 33 declared owned fields, including explicit n/c lifetime reuse and a selected-X delta temporary. Its 6,112 ADD-view operations and 104 CLEARs return every owned field to zero from arbitrary initial owned dirt. It never accesses pair1 or borrowed helpers, and ordinary X is unchanged. Both X0 += X1 and Y1 -= Y0 therefore match at the checked boundary. The primary checks both HQ=G on all224 original fields and H=GQ^-1 on224 independent current fields through ordered B/F inverses; it never inverts the private-clearing712 transition or substitutes recovered originals for the consumer's current values.

Precise native obstruction. Actual candidate event32, q0 += Y0 through rho1_0, has source phase0 and declared F17 target phase1 at ownerI/payload-e0. Translation contributes only even phase, so owner transport plus ADD cannot implement that gate. An independently written probe further binds events32/50: their Y0/Y25 contributions have phase parities0/1, excluding any one fixed query carrier with these prescribed routes and translation-only compensation. Paid native compensation, dynamic carriers and producer/query fusion remain open. The old-chart current-Y query is outside the inherited legal future-Y alignment premise. Constant-character agreement cannot certify this native interface.

The proposed removal record binds the actual sixteen H8 centres and thirty-two introduced H1 lines by source event/index/hash. Accepted source work removed is zero: physical lifting, stock, movement/control, formats/error and recursive usage remain unestablished. The symbolic complete screen is 16 C8 > 32 C1 + 95448 S + all remaining repair/conversion/storage/restoration/movement/precision/control costs. No decoder saving is credited again.

For the explicitly specified normalize-all112-Y/restore-all112-Y route, under comparable tariffs C_r(lambda)=K(lambda)(r lambda)^(1-a), K>0 and0<=a<=1, the removed centres credit at most128 H1 units. QQ already adds32 H1, while this adapter adds224 H1/448 wrappers. Its optimistic saving is at most -128 H1 units, even granting all other added costs zero. Ingress alone exceeds the credit by16. This rejects that route under its stated tariff; production supplier correspondence remains a premise. It is not an all-repair lower bound and does not use #3976's proposed usage/headroom. #4003/#4030's different operator, route and normalization hypotheses are explicitly retained.

Evidence. PROOF/COST/NATIVE, literal CANDIDATE-WORD, REMOVALS and typed RESULT supply the claims. Separate construction, cost/query, native-phase and read-only adversarial agents worked on the same frozen target. REVIEWS and two exact-hash review records disclose shared context, adapted #4105 arithmetic helpers and review limits. No predecessor executable is imported. The independently written native probe is distinguished from rerunning a worker's implementation. No independent human or formal-kernel acceptance is claimed.

Local CPython3.12.3 checks: authenticated all224original/current owner-ring replay,33dirty-owned restoration, independent query availability and complete literal invoice,16384signed-native recipe columns, first-gate/two-source phase controls; missing future-n and initial-CLEAR semantic controls; normal/optimized Git-free read-only export, source/vendor/manifest/word/typed-receipt corruption and overwrite refusal. All270 onboarding helper tests pass with11 platform skips. The registered four-command package replay PASSes with outcome=partial. Official committed-byte/source-history/export checks PASS for35 files; a committed read-only Git-free/PATH-free replay also passes.

Assigned refined joint-query-controller scope changes #4105's selected-only write hypothesis; it does not reroll to another task. Concurrent #4106, head48529915d50bb59b53db53686c4add1cf53429dd, separately reports an800-scalar full-decoder improvement; this is not a dependency or a native caller connection here. Selected conditional κ remains0.001672660197076918. Only this focused package changes.

Next experiment: compile producer-coordinated acquisition of current a=R1Y in a carrier sharing paid phase work. First pass event32/Y0-Y25 relative phases and old/future-chart controls with real signed native/map/scalar operations. Then prove all-payload action, actual stock/recursive scratch lease, both bridge legs and restoration and a favorable complete bill at justified usage. Stop at a separating state, incompatible carrier, or sound optimistic screen that repays the16H8 deletion. Further standalone decoder arithmetic is a separate activity.
