Re-copies
redirect-parity.jsonfrom Contentrain/ai #304 (merge6ea3d21) and pins it. New: rules 15 (cookie) and 16 (header) with secret values, expected excluded with no condition; 16 rules in all. Fixture only; no Bridge code change. Byte-identical to #304's head, which passed locally 3/3 against main's Bridge (330 checks).
