Release bump 0.5.0: minor, covering the 13 commits since v0.4.0 (#28–#40), several of them features.

• Version: header, CONTENTRAIN_BRIDGE_VERSION and Stable tag: are all 0.5.0. The CI metadata check passes locally (header = constant = stable).
• readme.txt gets a = 0.5.0 = changelog in user-facing language covering:
  • feat: builder layout and design system reach RawIR (Elementor tree, Divi, global styles, block templates) #29/fix: builder layout meta stays raw, never modelled as content (too_large on deep Elementor trees) #40: builder and design data
  • fix: B1 an ACF page_link no longer fails the whole export #30–feat: B3 ACF group, repeater, flexible content, link, map and choices as object/array fields #33: ACF
  • feat: block-theme navigation and menu locations in the export #35/feat: block menus follow the shared menu parity fixture #37: menus
  • fix: www. and bare host are the same site for a typed ?p= menu link #36: ?p= link

The plugin is not on WordPress.org yet (see the open gates in RELEASING.md), so this release is only the GitHub Release zip. The founder or the Orkestrator pushes the tag v0.5.0 after merge (per RELEASING.md); release.yml re-runs every gate and attaches the tested archive.

The ACF options page RawIR contract (acf_options) is not in this release. It comes in a follow-up after the types PR.

Version in 3 places: header Version: 0.5.0 · CONTENTRAIN_BRIDGE_VERSION '0.5.0' · readme Stable tag: 0.5.0. No other version string is left at 0.4.0 in the tree (the README's "older than 0.4.0" is a historical reference, which is correct). The branch includes main (16e798d).

CI: PHP 7.4/8.3 syntax ✓ · Plugin metadata is consistent ✓ · small ✓ · acceptance ✓. The diff is version plus text only, so I didn't run the Docker acceptance again.
