Refactor to ingest new manual water software events

The acquisition repo is now generating software events for manual water that is either aligned to the go cue or not. See this PR for more details: AllenNeuralDynamics/Aind.Behavior.DynamicForaging#191

Should make it more straightforward and not conflate auto and manual water. Also update the qc plot with the rows for manual and manual-go-cue-aligned
