Summary

Repoints legacy repository identity references after the ActInfInstitute → ActiveInferenceInstitute org migration and repo rename (ActiveInferAnts → Active_InferAnts). Old URLs redirect, but checked-out files should reference canonical names.

Per-file replacements (27 total):

  • README.md (14): clone URLs at lines 101, 154, 702; cd checkout paths at 102, 155, 703; issues/wiki/PRs/discussions links at 680, 682, 691, 692, 738, 759, 843, 844 — ActiveInferAnts → Active_InferAnts
  • .aii/config.yaml (3): repo.name (line 5), repo.full_name (line 7), ecosystem.links.github (line 21)
  • docs/guides/getting_started.md (2): clone URL (15), cd path (16)
  • mkdocs.yml (1): repo_url (line 2)
  • 0_CONTEXT/Computer_Languages/CSharp/ActiveInference.csproj (2): <RepositoryUrl>, <PackageProjectUrl>
  • 0_CONTEXT/Computer_Languages/Haskell/package.yaml (1): github: field
  • 0_CONTEXT/Computer_Languages/{CSharp,Cpp,Haskell,R}/README.md (4): cd checkout paths in build instructions

Intentionally left unchanged

  • Python package/import names (ActiveInferAnts.*), generated .desloppify/ state, Coda_ActiveInferAnts.py file references, code identifiers, and author/copyright fields — not URL/identity references
  • 0_CONTEXT/Systems/IC2S2/log.txt — historical log output
  • https://twitter.com/ActiveInferAnts (line 846) — external social handle, not a repository reference
  • .aii/config.yaml lowercase slug:/tags: values — not covered by canonical replacement pairs

Old URLs redirect automatically. Migration context: https://github.com/ActiveInferenceInstitute/nest-internal/blob/main/governance/github-org-migration.md
