Set read-only token permissions.

This job inherits its GITHUB_TOKEN permissions from repository or organization settings. If those settings grant write access, the test steps receive a write-capable token even though this job only reads the repository. Set top-level permissions: contents: read. GitHub documents that unspecified permissions inherit those settings. (docs.github.com) Based on learnings, GitHub Actions workflows should set a top-level permissions block that defaults to least privilege.

Review comment at @.github/workflows/typescript.yml around lines 6 - 7:
Add a top-level permissions block to the workflow with contents access set to
read, so the check job does not inherit broader GITHUB_TOKEN permissions.

Disable persisted checkout credentials.

actions/checkout@v4 stores its token in the local Git configuration until post-job cleanup. The later test steps can read that token, but this workflow does not need authenticated Git commands after checkout. Set persist-credentials: false to remove that exposure. (github.com)

Review comment at @.github/workflows/typescript.yml around lines 12 - 14:
Set persist-credentials to false in the actions/checkout@v4 configuration,
preserving fetch-depth: 0 so the co-change coupling tests can still read
repository history.

P1 Badge Make repository-dependent tests portable before enabling CI

On the configured ubuntu-latest runner, this step runs test/salacia/coupling.test.ts and test/salacia/replay-real-commits.test.ts, both of which hard-code REPO = "D:/projects/full-self-coding". Their Git calls pass that nonexistent directory to spawnSync, causing failures unrelated to Docker availability. Running the suite on Linux with FSC_SKIP_DOCKER_TESTS=1 reproduced five failing coupling tests and an unhandled replay-test error. Consequently, the new check fails and never reaches the golden-fixture step. Make these tests use portable repository fixtures or explicitly gate the machine-specific tests before enabling this workflow.
