This PR tweaks the LZMA behavior to better match Simplicity Commander's defaults (mostly nice_len) and explicitly limits LZMA constants to abide by Gecko Bootloader limits. API-wise, we no longer track trailing bytes (as they are often alignment and are pointless to round-trip): deserialize returns a tuple as we do with other zigpy objects.

I've added Simplicity Commander to CI to validate behavior as a final check.
