核心改进

解析加固：引入正则提取逻辑，解决模型输出夹杂文字或 XML 标签导致的解析失败；增加空响应保护。
体验优化：流式输出自动隐藏 <think> 等标签；规范化性能指标与动作 JSON 的打印顺序。
iOS 同步：同步更新了 iOS Agent 的输出逻辑，保持双端一致。
格式化：运行了 pre-commit 格式化整个项目。

测试验证

已验证 chatgpt-4o-latest、gemini-3-pro-preview、gemini-3-flash-preview 等模型下的输出解析正常。
