1、支持本地服务器上传apk，确实有时候需要阿里云的OSS存储，但是本地服务器的apk可以保护一些隐私
2、关闭注册功能，通过默认的超级管理员账号，添加用户，删减用户。
3、渠道码附带一个本地服务器的上传文件夹定义，默认渠道码创建的上传文件夹是按照 D:\uploadfile\项目名称 创建的。
通过配置文件切换 阿里云OSS，本地服务器上传。
